“Recently had the pleasure of working alongside Bright Custom Homes for my latest home interior renovation back in November, and boy, are these guys good! From the very first consultation I had with their manager, it was very clear to me that their team is not only highly knowledgeable and professional about their craft, they do their utmost to ensure that their clients' needs are being met. I especially want to thank Mr Jaswinder as well as Sukhman for their honesty, transparency and their continuous support throughout this whole process. Mr Jaswinder's humility really stood out for me as it really fostered a collaborative environment and their attention to detail was top-notch. These guys really go the distance to ensure that every detail is addressed with the utmost level of care and consideration. They were very punctual with their deadlines, several times, I observed Sukhman and Mr Jaswinder overseeing the work being done by their team on-site, and most importantly, despite having so many other clients to cater to, I found them easily accessible at all times, as they answered their emails and phone calls promptly to help resolve any concern or issues that me or my family had throughout this process, once again highlighting the importance they attach to the needs of their clients. As I said, truly a pleasure and I would gladly refer them to others who are in the market for custom builds or similar home renovation projects!”

“We bought a home from Bright Custom Homes with an expected building completion date in June 2022. The project was finished on time and our family absolutely loves the beautifully designed home in Montgomery. It was a dream come true for my wife and I, and we plan to be in this house for many years as our kids grow up. Throughout the building process, the team at Bright Custom Homes was a delight to work with. They were responsive, both during the build phase and also after we took possession. They were flexible with our last minute requests, and went over and above to meet our needs. For example, after the framing was already done, we requested that they add a small office space where a large walk-in closet was. The team didn't object at all, and they made it happen. Custom Bright Homes hit their timelines and were very accommodating to us throughout the entire process; they displayed a high level of professionalism. We would highly recommend Bright Custom Homes; they create beautiful homes and provide excellent customer engagement along the way.”

“purchased a new infill home from Bright Custom Homes in mid-2022. I absolutely love the final product, and I believe I have something that is both beautiful and unique to what I saw on market prior to my purchase. They were very easy to work with from offer through close, and continuing through their warranty support. They have access to fantastic tradespeople, with the work being of incredibly high quality. Since possession, I've only had minimal issues that were quickly resolved. Where I'd like to see improvements from them as they continue to grow their business, is through maturing how they present scope and schedule - with an incredible amount of detail going into building a home, these items were at times less defined. With that said, they do an outstanding job of establishing creditability, evidenced by their work. I have and will continue to highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a new infill. 5-stars.”
