Both communities sit beside North Glenmore Park and the Glenmore Reservoir in southwest Calgary. Many lots still hold the original mid-century bungalows, which is why the area has become one of the city's busiest for new custom infills.
Replacing an original bungalow
Most builds here start with demolishing an older house. We handle the demolition, disconnections and site safety, and price it all into your fixed price.
Mature trees
Established boulevard trees are part of what makes these streets special. We plan protection for City trees before demolition starts.
Designing for the street
Your new home has to fit the City's development rules for an established area. We plan the design and selections to run while the development permit is reviewed.
