Send us the address or MLS number. We'll tell your client what the lot allows and give them a realistic build budget, so they can write a confident offer or walk away early.
Clients who want to build
Have a buyer who can't find the right home? Refer them to us. You stay in the loop from the first call to possession.
Lots and listings
We buy inner-city and acreage lots, and we have clients looking for land. If you have a lot, a teardown or an off-market opportunity, we want to hear about it.
THE LOT CHECK
What your client gets from a lot check
A short written summary from an owner, not a sales rep. Usually within two business days. Free for your clients.
- What the zoning allows: size, height and the type of home or duplex that fits
- A realistic build budget for the home your client has in mind, before land and GST
- Red flags we look for on older lots: demolition and asbestos, protected City trees, utility connections and access
- For acreages: well, septic, services and county approvals
- A straight answer if the lot doesn't work for what your client wants

Your name is on the referral. We take that seriously.

Every selection is made before your client signs, so the price only changes if they change something. No surprise invoices that come back to you.
